M-House App User Terms and Conditions

Welcome to M-House App! These User Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the M-House App ("App") and set forth the legal agreement between you and M-House regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Purpose

M-House is a social networking platform designed for tabletop game enthusiasts to connect, make friends, chat, and organize offline tabletop game events. The App allows you to create a user profile, search for other users, add friends, and engage in chat and social activities related to tabletop gaming.

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so, and that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any applicable laws or regulations. M-House does not claim ownership of User Content, but you grant M-House a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to M-House and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, or display any content from the App without obtaining prior written consent from M-House.

Privacy

Termination

M-House reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. M-HOUSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. M-HOUSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M-HOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF M-HOUSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL M-HOUSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO M-HOUSE FOR YOUR USE OF THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold M-House, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the App, your User Content, or any violation of these Terms or applicable laws or regulations.

Modifications

M-House reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where M-House is headquartered, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and M-House regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver

The failure of M-House to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to by M-House in writing.
